该接口用于在企业KYB流程中添加上级母公司（Parent Company）信息。通过提交母公司的注册信息、地址信息等，完成企业股权结构的上层信息收集。接口支持新增和修改两种操作：当请求中包含uuid字段时表示修改已有母公司信息，不包含uuid时表示新增母公司信息。每个企业最多允许添加5个上级母公司。
首先调用 file 接口上传二进制文件，响应会返回如下文件信息：
