Fiat settlement history. 法币历史结算记录接口（可支持法币对账）
This is to show the history of all fiat deposits/withdrawals if a specific user, or all the users from your platform.
These are possible statuses of a settlement
- pending - the user has submitted the request, and is waiting for Legend's Finance team to review and process
- in progress - Legend's Finance/Ops team is working on it.
- settled - Legend's Finance team has processed the fiat deposit or withdrawal.
- canceled - the request has been canceled.
- rejected - the settlement request has been rejected, mostly for compliance or risk management reasons.
法币出金有Pending，in progress, settled, canceled, 和rejected 这几个可能的状态。
- Pending是用户已提交请求，等待处理中；
- in progress Legend财务正在处理结算；
- settled - 财务汇款后就会变成settled；
- canceled - 如果无法给用户汇款，会取消提现请求，变成canceled状态。
- rejected - 结算请求已经被拒绝，通常是由于合规或风控原因。
