Optional. LP notifies the partner platform when a user is approved or rejected. 用户提交KYC表单，或者Legend审批/拒绝用户时，都会调用这个API来通知交易所用户KYC状态。此API为可选，交易所可以选择是否希望收到用户KYC状态。

Reject reason, optional - 可选。返回拒绝的原因，如果此用户被拒绝。目前可能的原因有："High risk user", "High risk country / region / state", "Lack of important documents", "Identity verification failed", "Invalid questionnaire information", "Per user's request", "Other", "Access IP Risk Prohibited","Resident Risk Prohibited","ID Country Risk Prohibited","Age under 18"
